Xynisteri 2023 - Single Vineyard

A single-vineyard Xynisteri cultivated in the gently rolling hills of Malia, just 4 km south of the historic village of Omodos, outside of Limassol, Cyprus.

The wine opens with bright aromas of Cyprus citrus, lime zest, and subtle tropical notes. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant, with a refined elegance that lingers, creating a refreshing finish.

Recommended Food Pairing: A perfect match for fresh seafood, poultry, crisp greens, and medium-sharp cheeses.
