This elegent, medium-bodied wine combines the bright freshness of the Xynisteri from Maila, Limassol with the structured, mineral character of our Assyrtiko from our vineyards in Stroumbi, Paphos. 

Crisp and balanced on the palate, with playful notes of citrus peel and flowery white blossoms, it captures the essence of Cyprus together with Mediterranean finesse. With a nice long finish on the mouth. 

Recommended Food Pairing: it pairs well with medium strength and mild cheeses, bitter greens, and white fish.
